Shipping 

We are catering orders to most of the location within West Malaysia.  We do not deliver to P.O. Box address. 


How long does it takes to ship?

The usual lead time for dispatch are within 3 working/ business day (except public holidays); once payment is completed. Customer may refer to the furnished information via email to check on the delivery status. Standard delivery durations are usually within 2-3 working/ business day; subjected to remote/ outskirt area. 

A longer delivery durations are expected during peak seasons; especially festive season, public holidays, sales season and etc.


How much is the shipping fee?

We extend with an affordable flat rate of RM 10 for all standard shipping within West Malaysia, which is inclusive of logistics fee, packaging, handling fee and tax. 

Standard shipping to Sabah and Sarawak is calculated based on weight. You may try to add items to cart and checkout to check the shipping rate before placing an order.

Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?

All orders are fully handled by courier companies; which we are unable to instruct upon dispatch.

You may want to check with the respected courier company for the possibilities of any further deliveries requirements.


How can I check the shipment status?

You will receive an update via email once your orders are ready to dispatch; the tracking number will be furnished with it. 


I missed the delivery, what should I do now?

Do contact the courier company to schedule for your next available time for delivery; or you may request for self collection at the branch that are servicing you area.


Do you provide self-collection service?

Unfortunately, during this pandemic time; we are unable to cater for self-collection.


The item was damaged during shipment, can you replace it?

We are not responsible for any damages incur during shipment. However, we will help on your process for refund claims with the courier in charge. Depending on the respected courier company, refund may or may not occur.
